Review Status

The Review Status section allows the COI Administrator to set the COI Review Status or override the COI Review status set by the system. The COI Review Status indicates the status of the review and also provides information about the stage in the disclosure lifecycle the disclosure is in.

 The Review Status section is dynamically displayed or hidden based on what stage of the review lifecycle the disclosure is in. When reviewers are not yet assigned, the Review Status section is displayed. Once reviewers are assigned to the disclosure, the Review Status section is no longer visible. It becomes visible either when all reviewers have completed their review or if reviewers are deleted through the “Add Reviewers Action” section.

Field	Description
Review Status	Select the appropriate option from the list to specify the review status of the Disclosure Use the drop-down  menu by clicking the down arrow to display the list, and then click on an item in the list to highlight and select it to populate the box with your selection. The values available for selection are (Assigned To Reviewer, Assigned Review Complete, Received in COI office and Awaiting additional information)
submit button	Click the submit  button after you have made the status selections.

 

Once the COI Review Status has been set, it appears in the header of the disclosure document.
