Other Organizations

This section is used to name other performing organizations; collaborating institutions and subcontract locations where the proposed sponsored project will occur. Use the lookup to select the desired physical location associated with each performing organization.  Click the lookup icon to search for and return additional organization values and then click add to add as a numbered line item in this subsection.

Once an organization is added, the Address is displayed. 

Actions

Click the add  button to add your selection to as a row in the table below, which will become a numbered line item.

Once a lookup result is selected, click the add  button to add your selection to as a row in the table below, which will become a numbered line item. The yellow “splat” beside the add button is a visual indicator that a selection must be performed to complete the action.

Click the delete button to remove a previously-added line item row from the table.

Congressional Districts

The U.S. Congressional district number of the applicant organization (e.g. SD-002).  This field represents the "applicant" congressional district.  The U.S. Congressional district number of the applicant organizational contact and the performing organizational contact. Each Congressional district is an area within a state from which a member of the U.S. House of Representatives is elected. There are 435 U.S. Congressional districts, each with a unique code.  Congressional District format must be X-Y, where X is a two-letter state code and Y is between one and three digits. Y can also be 'all'. Special districts are US-all for nationwide, and 00-000 for non-US.  Select a State, enter a District Number, and click the add  button to add the district as a numbered line item.
